This is a consulting service that makes an in-depth analysis of the plans for Quality Assurance of a product's stated system performance requirements.
Why is this important?
Planning Quality Assurance of a product's stated performance requirements is a complex task that requires competence and experience. The consequences could be severe project delays and unforeseen cost increases if the QA process is not fully understood. Furthermore performance tests must also be planned in correct order with respect to what is the output of each test case and what is required input in other test cases. If available time is too short this will have a severe impact on the Quality Assurance work and thus the product quality. This makes time-planning extremely critical.

The consulting service has no prerequisites, but it is highly recommended to use both services in "APP-6", i.e. APP-6 S-1: "A review of the high performance requirements" and APP-6 S-2: "A review of the high performance test sites", before using this service.
