Each Performance Service Package (PSP) contains a carefully selected set of services to meet a well defined target.
In PSP-4: "Explore the requirements for high performance" the target is to establish "All performance requirements needed to implement your performance visions and strategies!"
Nobody becomes an expert by attending a training class. Practice is required to fully understand the topics presented and thus initially reach a level of applicable knowledges and later an expert level. Coaching eliminates time needed to independently attain applicable knowledges in the topics presented.
It is therefore highly recommended to select all services in package PSP-04.
What are the objectives?
The objectives of PSP-4 services are to capture and correctly specify all performance requirements needed to implement your performance strategies and visions. This is a complex task with many traps.
After PSP-4 your project is prepared to proceed to plans for high performance in the Planning phase.
What services are included in PSP-4?
PSP-4 has currently two performance services:
Performancs Service 8: "Understand performance requirements"
This is training in performance requirements, how they are are specified, what must be included, and how they work.

This is a coaching service where we create the performance requirements for your products or services based on your winning visions and strategies for high performance.
